Safety Systems (Machine and Process Safety)

S5 System, has extensive local Australian footprint in designing and implementing safety solutions by control systems. We have experts in our team with outstanding knowledge of the requirements of the current National and International standards under AS/IEC 61508 and AS 4024.

Optimize Your Process: Analyzer systems are one of the most important parts in process control. These systems are measuring process composition or critical chemical and physical parameters in the process. The analyser systems used to follow 4 main reasons: Environment Protection, Process Optimization, Safety Measurement, Product Quality Control. Analyzer systems hava some sub-systems and some installation methods based on IEC and NFPA standards.

Sample Handling System (SHS) is a main part of analyser systems and is very important.

F & G

S5 System provides detectors from the famous and well-known brands, e.g. Honeywell, general monitor, dragger, Netsafety, Hochiki … and panel in three different type of conventional, addressable from Honeywell, Oldham, Tyco and PLC based panel from Emerson, Siemens, HIMA…. The well-known experience of S5 System in field of safety, enables us to provide SIL certified F&G panels up to SIL3.

S5 System provides Integrated solution of DCS, ESD and F&G panels that is a favor of clients for reducing headache of making a right interface between different integrators.

HIPPS

At S5 System, we understand that end users and EPCs have far more pressing issues than expediting multiple vendors and managing the SIL certification process for HIPPS. S5 System arrange for a complete loop test including valves, logic solver and instruments that can be witnessed by clients and certification from global 3rd parties ensuring the right SIL verification calculation. By choosing S5 System as their HIPPS solution provider, end users and EPCs drastically simplify and shorten the HIPPS procurement process and enjoy significant cost reductions when compared to the traditional approach of managing multiple sub-system and component vendors and certifying the complete HIPPS assembly themselves.
